Taxi Sèvres → Orly

Sèvres is a commune of 24,000 inhabitants whose name resonates worldwide thanks to its famous National Porcelain Manufacture, founded in 1740 and still operating today. Located on the banks of the Seine, the Manufacture de Sèvres is one of the world's last state-owned porcelain factories, producing exceptional pieces for the palaces of the French Republic and foreign heads of state. The adjacent Musée national de Céramique houses an outstanding collection of 50,000 pieces spanning the history of world ceramics. The Pont de Sèvres, a strategic junction in western Paris, is a major transport hub served by metro line 9, tramway T2 and numerous bus routes. Île Seguin, shared between Sèvres and Boulogne-Billancourt, hosts the Seine Musicale concert hall designed by Shigeru Ban. The T2 tramway connects Sèvres to La Défense but does not serve Orly. The taxi from Sèvres to Orly is the most direct solution, using the N118 from Pont de Sèvres — one of the fastest entries onto the expressway heading south.
