Luxembourg City is the capital of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, a small sovereign state at Europe's crossroads and home to major EU institutions: the Court of Justice of the EU, the European Investment Bank and the European Court of Auditors, grouped in the modern Kirchberg quarter.
