Taxi Nantes → Saint-Nazaire

Saint-Nazaire is inseparable from French naval history. It is here at the Chantiers de l'Atlantique shipyard that the world's largest cruise ships are built: the France, the Queen Mary 2, the Symphony of the Seas and most recently the Icon of the Seas. The city, largely rebuilt after World War II bombings, offers unique modernist urban planning with the submarine base turned cultural space, the panoramic Ville-Port rooftop and Escal'Atlantic, an immersive museum dedicated to transatlantic liners. The Nantes — Saint-Nazaire route is used daily by Chantiers de l'Atlantique workers, Airbus employees (the Saint-Nazaire plant builds A320/A380 fuselages), and tourists visiting La Baule and the Côte d'Amour. It is also a key route for cruise passengers embarking at Saint-Nazaire port. A taxi is particularly useful on ship launch days or cruise embarkation days when car parks are full and trains overcrowded.
